Shipping:
At this time we only offer shipping within the United States. Before ordering a grading service, please check our Ad-Ons page if you’d like to add signature for delivery or additional shipping insurance on your package shipped from us. We offer Free Shipping on all grading orders over $125. Orders under $125 are charged a flat rate of $16. Orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. We add a standard $100 of insurance coverage to each package. Orders that require specialized shipping and insurance due to high card value, may be charged according to shipping costs. Please note that Myntd is not responsible to any shipping damage or missing packages so please select the appropriate insurance coverage from our Ad-Ons page.
Returns:
We do not offer any returns or refunds on our grading services. In the instance that there is an error on your card’s label, we will fix the error for free. If there is a defect in your graded card’s slab case, we will also replace it for free. In both instances, please contact within 14 days of receiving your order. We also offer you the ability to contest your grade if you don’t agree with the grade we gave your card. To learn more about this, visit our Contest Your Grade page.
